Text messages from FlyerFly
FlyerFly is a product of Reviin LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. This page shows how people agree to receive text messages from FlyerFly, and what they receive.
How people opt in
When someone creates a FlyerFly account in the app, the sign-up form asks for a mobile number so we can text it a one-time code to confirm it. Below the number is a separate checkbox for receiving other texts. It is optional, it is never ticked for them, and leaving it unticked does not stop anyone from signing up. This is the form as it appears in the app:

By creating an account you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The same optional checkbox appears on the phone confirmation screen, for people who signed up with Google or Apple. We record when someone ticks it and which version of the wording they saw.
What we send
- Everyone who signs up: one-time codes to confirm their number. Nothing else unless they opt in.
- People who tick the box: account updates such as setup help, route assignments and route updates, and replies to support requests.
- FlyerFly staff: alerts about new accounts, sent only to the owner's own phone.
Example: “FlyerFly: Your route ‘Midlothian - Oak Ridge’ is ready. Open the FlyerFly app to see your stops. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
Frequency, cost and opting out
Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@flyerfly.io or (801) 651-7838. Opting out does not affect your account.
No mobile information, including phone numbers and text message opt-in data and consent, is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
