What connecting your CRM does
- You connect your CRM in FlyerFly's settings, usually by pasting an API key from your CRM. FlyerFly only reads from it; it never changes anything in your CRM.
- FlyerFly lists your lead sources and tags and makes a first guess at which ones mean door hanger, road sign or yard sign. You confirm or change each one.
- Customers who came from street marketing then show on your map with what they've paid you, so you can see which neighborhoods, hangers and sign spots actually brought in work.
- Disconnect any time, and everything FlyerFly brought in from your CRM is deleted.

What does FlyerFly do with my CRM data?
It reads your customers' lead sources, tags and payments to show which ones came from door hangers and signs, and only keeps the street-marketing customers. It never writes to your CRM, and disconnecting deletes what it brought in.
How do I see which customers came from my door hangers?
Connect your CRM, then sort its lead sources and tags into door hanger, road sign or yard sign when FlyerFly asks. Those customers show on your map with what they've paid, and your home screen adds it up.
Does connecting a CRM cost anything?
No. FlyerFly is free, integrations included. Your CRM's own plan may need to include API access.
My CRM isn't listed. Can I still use FlyerFly?
Yes. Everything else in FlyerFly works without a CRM. In the app, tap "I use this" on your CRM so we know which one to connect next.
