About FlyerFly
Free software for local businesses that put out door hangers, flyers and yard signs with their own crew. Made in Richmond, Virginia.
What FlyerFly does
- FlyerFly helps a business plan, assign and check its door hanger, flyer and yard sign distribution. You circle a neighborhood on the map, send it to a worker as a route, and watch it happen: each door hanger home is checked off by GPS as the worker reaches it, every yard sign gets a GPS pin and photo, and your map shows the path your crew walked.
- You can save your best sign spots, repeat routes on a schedule, recruit new workers with a link and track what each person earned. FlyerFly is free.
Who it's for
- Local service businesses that market door to door with their own people: pest control, roofing, lawn care and landscaping, pressure washing, HVAC, cleaning, real estate and Christmas light installers, plus campaigns running lit drops and yard signs.
- FlyerFly is built for putting things out, not for door-to-door sales. It doesn't print your materials, supply workers or move money: you bring your own door hangers and signs, your own crew (or someone you recruit), and you pay them directly.
Where it stands today
- Businesses sign up and run FlyerFly on the web at flyerfly.io. The worker app is on iPhone through TestFlight for now; the App Store and Google Play versions are coming soon.
- The first routes were run in the Richmond area, in Midlothian, Chesterfield and Short Pump.
Who makes it
- FlyerFly is a product of Reviin LLC, a Virginia company based in Richmond. It was founded by Casey Ashby after watching small businesses hand a stack of door hangers to somebody and hope for the best.
- FlyerFly lives at flyerfly.io. It is not affiliated with flyerfly.app, an unrelated student events app.
Customer stories
